Aaron Whitlock Said: The best memory stick ever! ( Nov. 9th 2009 )
You can not get a better memory stick. It can be attached to your key chain so you wont loose it. Its made out of very strong material. almost impossible to break
Kristin A. Mcmanus Said: Recommend the product for newer computers ( Nov. 1st 2009 )
I highly recommend this product for newer computers and operating systems. We had purchased 3 of these at once - 1 for each of 2 kids.. and 1 back up...the operate perfectly at home on our computers, however for the school computers they are too high-tech. So, now we had to buy 2 more thumb drives, of a lesser quality, to meet the needs of the school. Great otherwise!
Huy Quang Dang Said: Simple, that's what you want ( Nov. 1st 2009 )
Well, I have been through so many usb drive, from big to really tiny one. The speed and the built quality vary between those. If you only need simple usb drive, strong built design, great color, then choose this one. Not recommend the backup service though. Cause if you want some data to be really safe, you just don't want the fact that there's a copy of your data somewhere (even though it's for back up) so that it's possible for someone to access it. Anyway, simply remove U3 software and it's perfect for conventional use. Simple it is.
Huck Said: Trusted Name ( Oct. 14th 2009 )
Have used a SanDisk Cruzer 2g Flashdrive that has taken a real beating and it keeps on keeping on. It always is recognized by every system I have used it on, which is a real plus...and that is why I trust it. It is worth the extra money for the piece of mind.
M. Bendis Said: Backup service is no more ( Oct. 5th 2009 )
I bought this for the backup service after losing all of my material on a previous flash drive. After I bought it I find out that Sandisk no longer offers the backup service as of June 1 2009, you'll have to search to find that they prefer to show you this [...] which is a dated press release bragging about the product. Now I'm just stuck with another mediocre flash drive with that horrid U3 software Here is part of Sandisk's excuse: SanDisk was not the service provider for the online backup service. BeInSync was acquired by Phoenix Technologies, who made the decision to terminate the online backup service on short notice. All customer data has been deleted and is not available from the BeInSync service.
